I love my Wooden Sauté Paddle. I used it to saute my veggies and taco meat. The quality of wood is superb, it didn't stained when I used it to cook and cleaning it was easy. It's perfect for me because I love cooking with wooden utensils.

This is a very high quality product. Solid wood and a good solid weight. The flat edge is the best for scraping all the goodies off the bottom of the pan. I love this piece and it will be a very useful tool in my kitchen.
